Once an SMS Keyword is received by the AmiCell SMS Keyword Service, various automation tasks and actions can be performed.

When an SMS Keyword is received, the following functionality is available:
An automatic response can be sent back to the sender with a unique reference and customisable message content.
The SMS content can be logged to XML, Text and CSV file content.
A Callback URL script can be invoked to transfer the SMS content anywhere on the internet and respond with an SMS Message.
Email with an Attachment can be sent to the requestor.
Third party programs can be invoked to perform any business integration tasks.
Dynamic data from a Spreadsheet can be routed back via SMS to the sender.
A fixed SMS Message or the SMS received can be relayed to a group of Recipients. In other words, the sender sends one SMS to the Service and the Service relays the message to a group of recipients specified.
The SMS Message received can be forwarded to an Email address specified in real time.
